Two years after its first screening at the Portobello Film Festival, Protein is now ending its run of the festival circuit and will be viewable for all on Youtube and Vimeo, starting from this weekend. I have scheduled a Youtube watch party for 7:45pm BST this Saturday: https://youtu.be/g59OgYAO4Ng

As 2020 begins I find myself still engaged on my concept art/3D modeling job on a science fiction TV series - as things currently look, I will now be concluding my work on this around the end of February.
In the meantime however, I'm happy to report that Protein has been added to the official selection of two more film festivals: VIP Fest in Barcelona and Best Horror Film Festival on MovieScreenPro. I am very excited about the inclusion of my work in these events!

As I continue working on a large commissioned project that I must remain tight-lipped about, it pleases me to say that Protein has made the selection of another film festival. This time around it is Festival CinemaZero in Italy, which will be taking place at the end of this month.

Earlier this month Protein was screened at the Trash Film Festival in Varaždin, Croatia. I wasn't able to attend but I am eternally grateful to the organisers for exhibiting my work.
Closer to home, I am working on a large commissioned project that is likely to continue until the end of this year. I am super excited about it but I can't disclose what it is at the present time. I have put all other projects on hold until its completion.

A side-project which I have been doing in my spare time; Mumplings will be a short (less than one minute) piece which combines live action and CGI.
So far I have designed the characters, shot the live footage using a mobile phone, motion tracked it using SynthEyes and am now modeling the 3D objects with Maya and texturing them using Sculptris. In all likelihood the characters will be static rather than animated. Right now I am aiming to have the film completed in September.
